¤ Ying Li: a patent attorney.  Ying Li received her M.S. in application of computer technology from University of East Anglia, Norwich in U.K., and her B.S. in physics from Chengdu Information Engineering College.  Before joining Jeekai in 2003, she worked as an engineer with the Fujian Civil Aviation Bureau for three years and one year with Beijing Huazhang Photograph and Image Limited.  She focuses her practice on patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation matters in the field of application of computer science, electronic engineering and automation.  She can conduct business in Chinese and English.

¤ James Zhao: a patent attorney and an attorney-at-law. James Zhao received his B.S. in electronic engineering from Tianjin University in 1993.  He worked as an engineer at Beijing Thick-Thin Film Circuit Company for two years, and served as project manager in Nortel Sino-Joint Venture for more than three years and an engineer in the Technical Department of Silk Road Project Office, cable & wireless for two years before joining Jeekai in 1999.  He worked with IBM as a senior inside patent counsel from 2003 to 2009 and then rejoined Jeekai.  Mr. Zhao focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, patent invalidation, and patent litigation matters in the area of electronics, computer technology and telecommunications.  He can conduct business in Chinese and English.

¤ Yanmeng Zhao:  a patent attorney and an attorney-at-law.  Yanmeng Zhao received his MS in intellectual property from China University of Political Science and Law and BS in machinery design and automation from Hebei Institute of Architecture Civil engineering.  He focuses his practice on patent prosecution and invalidation procedures in the field of mechanics, automation and control, and industrial design.  He can conduct business in English and Chinese.

¤ Lu Rong: a patent attorney. Rong Lu received her LL.M. from K. Leuven University of Belgium. ¤ Xin Wang: a patent attorney.  Ms. Wang received her B.S. in electronic engineering from Beijing Post and Communications College.  Before joining Jeekai, she worked as a patent attorney with Beijing Patent Law Office for nearly twenty years.  She focuses her practice on patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation in the field of electronics and electronic engineering.   She is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association, and can conduct business in Chinese and English.

¤  Benliang Yang: a patent attorney and senior engineer.  He is a former senior examiner of the Chinese Patent Office. He graduated from Tsinghua University, with M.S. in Precision Instrument and Machinery Engineering. He worked as an engineer at a precision machine tool research institute for sixteen years, involved in various projects of precision machine tool designs and control system designs, and worked as a senior examiner at the mechanical examination department of the CPO from 1985 to 1999.  Mr. Yang focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution. He is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association and China Intellectual Property Research Society.  Language: Chinese and English.

¤ Yonghu Zhang: a patent attorney and senior engineer.  He has over fifteen years of patent practice. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beijing Science and Technology University with B.S. in Mechanical Engineering; and from China University of Political Science and Laws with Certificate of Laws. He worked as a mechanical engineer and research staff for more than fifteen years, and served as the director of the Beijing Third Patent Agency for eight years. Mr. Zhang focuses his practice on Chinese patent prosecution, administrative procedures, and litigation matters.  He is now a member of All-China Patent Agents Association and China Intellectual Property Society, and can work with Chinese and English.  

¤ Xiaoyan Yan, Ph.D.:  a patent technical specialist.  Ms. Yan received her Ph.D. and MS in vehicle engineering from China Agricultural University.  She focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution in the field of vehicle, mechanics, and automation and control.  She can conduct business in English and Chinese.
