Jeekai & Partners (formerly Jeekai Intellectual Property Ltd.) is one of leading Chinese intellectual property law firms. In early 1998, Jeekai was founded as a private firm. The founders are among the most experienced Chinese intellectual property attorneys who have knowledge and experience not only in China but also in the U.S.A. and Japan. We kept on growing ever since.

Jeekai is officially authorized by the State Intellectual Property Office and State Administration for Industry and Commerce of the People's Republic of China to provide services to Chinese and foreign clients in the field of intellectual property laws.

Our partners and associates are well experienced in Chinese intellectual property laws, as well as intellectual property laws in major foreign countries. Many of them are leading practitioners of intellectual property laws in China with excellent education and professional training in China and abroad. All of our partners and associates are in good command of English or Japanese among other working languages.
