¤ Xiaoman Gu is a patent attorney.  Ms. Gu received her M.S. in 1997 and B.S. in biochemistry from Second Military Medical University.  Before joined the firm in 2001, Ms. Gu worked as a researcher at a hospital in Beijing for three years.  She focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution, and enforcement matters.  She is a member of All-China Patent Agents Association and China Intellectual Property Society.  Working language: Chinese and English.

¤ Huizhong Lu is a patent attorney.  Mr. Lu received his M.S. in microbiology from China Research Institute of Microbiology under China Academy of Science, and his B.S. in food engineering from China Agricultural University.  Before his legal career, Mr. Lu worked for China General Microbiology Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) for three years, and took part in different research projects in relation to the genetics of Saccharomyces cerevisae.  He found several new ascomycetous yeast species by molecule technique, and cloned the flocculent gene and expressed in a yeast strain used in industry.  He focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, and enforcement matters in the field of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and food related technology.  He is now a member of All-China Patent Agents Association and China Intellectual Property Society.  Working language: Chinese and English.

¤ Xiuyun Ding, Ph.D.: a patent technical specialist.  Ms. Ding did research work at Duke University Medical Center as researcher for one and half years, and at Louisiana State University Health Medical Sciences Center as a post-doctor for about a year in USA.  Ms. Ding also did research work with Institute of Radiation Medicine, the Academy of Military Medical Sciences for five years.   Ms. Ding received her Ph.D. in immunology from Academy of Military Medical Sciences, her MS in development biology and her BS in biology from Shandong University.   She can conduct business in English and Chinese.
