Mr. Qiao received his bachelor’s degree in electronics and information engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. He worked for a few years with a company before joining Jeekai & Partners in 2007. He focuses his practice on patent administration work. He is experienced in procedures of Chinese patent law and practices, and can conduct business in Chinese and English.
