Yan Li, attorney-at-law, trademark attorney and judicial authenticator.
Ms. Li has about 15 years experience in Chinese IP law practice, especially in trademark and copyright practice. She graduated from the Law School of Beijing (Peking) University with LL.B. degree. Before joining the firm in 1998, she worked at the legal department of a Chinese-foreign joint-venture company about two years. She focuses her practice on enforcement of IP rights and IP litigations, transactional matters of IP rights including licensing projects, and Chinese trademark prosecution. Ms. Li is a member of China Trademark Association, INTA and LES. Language: Chinese, English, and German.
