Mr. He received his M.S. in hydromechanics from Chinese Aeronautical Establishment and his B.S. in flight vehicle design and engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He worked on research about aviation in the AVIC Aerodynamics Research Institute from 2007 to 2012. Mr. He joined Jeekai & Partners in 2013. He focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution in the fields of machinery, and can conduct business in Chinese and English.
