Ms. Liu received her M.S. in optical engineering from Tianjin Polytechnic University and her B.S. in optical information science and technology from North University of China.  After joining Jeekai & Partners in 2011, she focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution in the fields of optics and electronics, and can conduct business in Chinese and English.
