Mr. Yue received his M.S. and B.S. in Microelectronic from Tsinghua University. Before joining Jeekai & Partners, he did researching work in IC design at Chinese Academy of Sciences for four years. He focuses his practice on patent application and prosecution in the field of microelectronic, and can conduct business in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
