Ms. Guan received her master’s degree in biochemistry from Northeast Agriculture University in 1986 and B.S. in biochemistry from Harbin Normal University in 1989. Before joining Jeekai & Partners in 2002, she worked as a patent attorney in Beijing Patent Law Office for five years. She focuses her practice on patent search and analysis, patent preparation and prosecution, patent invalidation, and litigation matters in the field of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and food related technology. She is a member of All-China Patent Attorneys Association. She can conduct business in Chinese, Russian and English.
