Mr. Xu received his M.S. in electronic and telecommunication from Information Science and Technology Department of Beijing University, and his B.S. in applied physics from Dalian University of Technology. After joining the Jeekai& Partners in 2007, he focuses his practice on patent preparation and prosecution, patent searches, and patent invalidation in the fields of telecommunications, electronics and mechanics. He can conduct business in Chinese and English.
