Huizhong Lu Doctor, senior patent attorney
Doctor Lu received his Doctorate in Science of Economic Law from China University of Political science and Law. He received his M.S. in biology from China Academy of Science, and his B.S. in food science and nutrition from China Agricultural University. Before his legal career, Doctor Lu worked for China Research Institute of Microbiology for three years, and took part in the research of yeast genetic. He published multiple SCI journals which is influential in the international field. He joined Jeekai & Partners in 2004. He has extensive experience in patent preparation, prosecution, invalidation, litigation and enforcement matters in the field of chemistry, biology, health, environmental protection, energy resources, and materials related technology. He is now a member of All-China Patent Attorneys Association and China Intellectual Property Society, and a patent attorney recorded with the supreme people's court. He can conduct business in Chinese and English.
