Wei Ouyang, patent attorney
Graduated from Shenyang Jianzhu University in July 2011 with a bachelor's degree. In July 2015, he graduated from China Academy of Railway Sciences with a master's degree. From 2015 to 2017, he has successively engaged in the design and research of high-speed railway, subway and other projects related to rail transit construction in large state-owned enterprises of China Railway and China Railway Construction System. He began to work in intellectual property in 2017, and joined Jeekai & Partners in 2018.
