In 2003, graduated from Dalian Minzu University with a degree in Environmental Engineering and from Liaoning Petrochemical University in 2006 with a master's degree in Applied Chemistry. After graduation, engaged in chemical research and development for 3 years, and began to work in patent agency in 2009.
