Ms. Li received her M.S. in application of computer technology from University of East Anglia, Norwich in U.K. in 2003, and her B.S. in physics from Chengdu Information Engineering College.  Before joining Jeekai & Partners in 2004, she worked as an engineer with the Fujian Civil Aviation Bureau for three years and one year with Beijing Huazhang Photograph and Image Limited.  She focuses her practice on patent prosecution, invalidation and litigation matters in the fields of application of computer science, electronic engineering and automation.  She can conduct business in Chinese and English.
