Starting July 1, 2024, it will no longer be necessary to provide the granted Patent Specification “專利說明書” and the Patent Register “專利登記簿副本“ for the extension Invention Patent applications, nevertheless, the submission of a declaration to authorize Macau Economic and Technological Development Bureau (DSEDT) to accede to the same documents before China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) is required.
