Recently, a series of patent infringement cases (Avery v.s. Booster) represented by Jeekai & Partners received first-instance judgments from the Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court.  This series of cases involved invention and design patents.  The Guangzhou Intellectual Property Court ordered the defendant to stop the infringement, compensate the losses, and pay the patentee reasonable expenses for stopping the infringement.
